Cecilia Wenxiu Wang

Cecilia Wenxiu Wang is a research assistant on the SMILE Project team in the Lab for Youth Mental Health at Harvard University. She recently earned her Ed.M. in Human Development and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and also serves as a project coordinator in the Culture and Development Lab at HGSE. Her research interest is on how sociocultural factors interact with mental health processes to shape emotional and self-cognitive development in adolescents. Her work aims to translate this understanding into scalable interventions that leverage positive developmental processes to enhance psychological well-being among diverse youth populations.
