Courtney Kilduff

Courtney Kilduff, B.S.Ed. (she/her) is the Lab Manager for the Lab for Youth Mental Health and the Project Coordinator for the SMILE project at Harvard University. Courtney is from Norfolk, Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2024. Before joining our lab, Courtney spent two years working as a clinical research coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is interested in understanding the impacts that chronic trauma and poverty impose on developing youths in addition to scalable interventions that combat these problems. Her long-term goals include pursuing graduate school in clinical psychology or social work. In her free time, Courtney loves spending time outside, doing yoga, and volunteering with dogs.
