Virginia Otis

Virginia OtisVirginia Otis, B.A. is a research assistant at the Lab for Youth Mental Health at Harvard. She graduated with a B.A. in Clinical Psychology and splits her time between the Lab for Youth Mental Health and the HEART (Health, Equity, Access, Research, Treatment) Lab at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Virginia’s research interests are centered around adolescent self-injurious thoughts and behaviors, and specifically behavior interruption/redirection as both prevention and intervention. Virginia intends to pursue a graduate degree in psychology but is enjoying her current projects! In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, horseback riding, and dance.
